Check-In is 3:00 p.m. Check-Out is 11:00 a.m. Our week normally runs Saturday to Saturday, but we will try to accommodate changes if necessary.

Rental Information

$700 per Week
$300 per Weekend
plus State and Local taxes

Monthly rentals negotiable
Double occupancy, Additional $15 per person per night (Under 7 free)

50% Deposit required to lock in the dates. Deposit check will be destroyed after satisfactory inspection of the house.

Deposit Policy - We understand that your plans may change abruptly, however, we rely on advanced reservations and cancellations may be difficult to fill. These policies are designed to be fair to all. If you cancel, we will happily refund your deposit if we are able to fill your reservation. Alternatively, we can apply your deposit to a new date.

We want you to enjoy your private island escape on Patrick's Island, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more pleasant!
