rates and reservations

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly!

Reservations made within 14 days must be paid in full at time of reservation. A 50% deposit is required on all other reservations with the balance due upon arrival. This is a non-refundable deposit unless your cancellation is received:

1). 14 days prior to arrival and
2). we are able to re-rent your room. All cancellations will be charged a 10% processing fee.

Rates are subject to change. Rates are based upon single/double occupancy. $20.00 per person - per night for additional persons.

Please call for winter rates. Discounts may be offered for reserving all cabins and rooms. Holiday and special events may qualify for a discount but require a full deposit.
