OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS are available at both buildings: The Historic Kuebler-Waldrip Haus (1847) has 6 bedrooms and rents for $704.00 per night plus tax for 12 people, and The Historic Danville Schoolhouse has 4 bedrooms and rents for $516.00 per night plus tax for 8 people. All rooms are priced to the size and amenities in each room, and for 2 people per room per night (extra per person per night charges - $25 per adult and $15 per child{ages 3 - 17}). We are open 7 days a week. Total accommodations may sleep 20 to 32 people. Each reservation will recieve a confirmation with directions, a brochure with a map to our property (or go to the map and directions button at the bottom of this page), and area attraction brochures. Group event planners must make room assignments, please.

ALL SPECIAL GROUP EVENTS involving Fridays and Saturdays require the renting of all rooms in one or both of the buildings for a minimum of two nights. A three night minimum is required on holiday weekends. No single or partial rentals for weddings are allowed. Please call for date availability. Please do not make reservations that you do not intend to keep. Thank You.

PAYMENT of a 50% deposit is required when making group reservations (defined as 3 rooms or more), and the other 50% balance is due upon arrival. Thank You.

All rooms have private baths, heat/AC & ceiling fans, telephones, TV, VCR, access to a kitchen and book and video library. Included is a wonderful breakfast brunch...., and complimentary Blue Bell Ice Cream (as long as it lasts) with chocolate syrup and almonds for that late night snack. We have both buildings available for weddings, private parties, birthday parties, etc.

SMALL INSIDE FUNCTION: The Kuebler-Waldrip Haus can accommodate (20-25 people) and The Danville Schoolhouse can accommodate (45 - 50 people).

LARGER FUNCTION: The Kuebler-Waldrip Haus will not accommodate a large function inside, however a function may work in the outside yard space. The Danville Schoolhouse will accommodate a large function outside only for (200 - 300 people).
