Far Out West Bed & Breakfast
Saratoga and the surrounding communities provide a host of varied events and attractions. There is world class fly fishing on the North Platte River - only 1-1/2 blocks from Far Out West! Shops, art galleries and restaurants are all within 2 blocks of the B&B.;

Nearby are horseback riding, miniature golf, lake fishing, ice fishing, golf, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, snow mobile trails, hiking and mountain trails -- 187 miles of improved trails are located in the Medicine Bow National Forest!

In the early evenings all year long, make yourself comfortable on the enclosed, heated front porch and watch the deer as they drop by the front yard for a visit!

Nearby is Saratoga's own natural hot springs. Open 24-hours a day and free to the public, it's a relaxing way to end a day of trout fishing on the North Platte River.

If it's history you're looking for, look no further. You have found some of the wildest, meanest history around. Just a short drive from the B&B; is the Oregon Trail, Native American Sites, Old West Museums, Frontier Prisons, the historic Virginian Hotel, Dinosaur Fossils, the Wyoming Territorial Park and much, much more!

Many of the little towns near Saratoga have a very wild past. Baggs, for example, played host to Butch Cassidy and his Wild Bunch after many a successful holdup.

After a day of wild west history, return to the main house and curl up by the fire with a good book and a freshly brewed cup of coffee!
